1. Service Description
Quantum Cipher Quest is an educational platform operated by JG Tecnology Trading LLC that teaches cryptography concepts and provides tools for learning about encryption methods. The service is designed for students learning about cybersecurity, developers understanding encryption, security professionals, and hobbyists interested in code-breaking.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Quantum Cipher Quest only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not encrypt or decrypt data you do not own, attempt to bypass security systems without authorization, reverse-engineer our algorithms, engage in illegal activity, or use automated tools to abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without notice or refund.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Quantum Cipher Quest offers Free, Premium ($9.99 one-time card / $19 crypto), and Ultimate ($19.99/month card / $49 crypto) tiers. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or CypherPay. We do not store card details. See our

4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, game design, graphics, and educational materials are owned by JG Tecnology Trading LLC or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for educational use. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quantum Cipher Quest is provided for educational purposes only on an "as-is" basis. The encryption methods taught are not production-grade. For production security, consult a qualified professional. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JG Tecnology Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JG Tecnology Trading LLC is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
