Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Quantum Cipher Quest. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.

Card Payments (Lemon Squeezy / Stripe)

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your Premium or Ultimate subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request: Email support@quantumcipherquest.com with your order confirmation number and session ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors, duplicate charges, or extenuating circumstances.

Crypto & Bank Transfer Payments (CypherPay)

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments (BTC, ETH, USDT) are generally non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Exceptions are made for duplicate payments, technical failures where access was never granted, and significant service outages exceeding 48 hours within 7 days of purchase. Bank transfer payments are handled case-by-case within 14 days.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Ultimate subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Free Trial

Ultimate subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial expires at no cost.
