Quantum Cipher Quest is operated by JG Tecnology Trading LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected. Questions:

2. Data We Collect
Session data — A randomly generated session ID stored in your browser's localStorage to track game progress. No account registration required.
Payment data — If you upgrade, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or CypherPay. We receive only a transaction confirmation and tier purchased. We never see your card number or crypto wallet address.
Email address (optional) — Optionally provided for crypto/bank transfer receipts. Not used for marketing without consent.
Usage data — Basic server logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) for security and debugging. Not sold or shared.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use data to save and restore game progress, manage subscription status, send payment receipts if email was provided, enforce rate limits, and improve the service through aggregated anonymized analytics.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share only with payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, CypherPay), hosting infrastructure (Replit, Neon), and law enforcement when required by law.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not use tracking cookies. Your session ID is stored in localStorage. You can clear it through browser settings, though this will reset your game progress.
6. Data Retention
Game progress and subscription records are retained while the Service is active. To delete your data, email
support@quantumcipherquest.com with your session ID. We will remove your records within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement TLS encryption in transit, parameterized database queries, input sanitization, rate limiting, and HTTP security headers. No system is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided personal data.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold. Email
support@quantumcipherquest.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
